SAISON D'EPEAUTRE
Spelt is a hardy wheat. Originally, it was brewed to quench the thirst of the workers during the harvest in Hainaut, our region.

BIERE DARBYSTE
A recipe from our grandmothers who, in view of the low alcohol content, would have attributed this drink to the Darbystes (disciples of Pastor Darby) who still exist in the Borinage.

LA VERMONTOISE
It was developed and produced jointly with our American friend Shaun Hill (Hillfarmstead Brewery, Greensboro, Vermont, USA). It continues to be brewed at our facility in Blaugies. We have exchanged our skills to create this lager with a pronounced bitterness and a slight lemon aftertaste.

BLIDEGARIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
A dark beer in which a little coffee is added at the end of the boiling process to bring out the aromas of the roasted malts. 'Blidegarian' because the inhabitants of Blaugies are called Blidegarians.
