It was developed and produced jointly with our American friend Shaun Hill (Hillfarmstead Brewery, Greensboro, Vermont, USA). It continues to be brewed at our facility in Blaugies. We have exchanged our skills to create this lager with a pronounced bitterness and a slight lemon aftertaste.
